Interim Onboarding Analyst - Midtown Manhattan
We are seeking an Interim Onboarding Analyst to support our client onboarding and operational processes during a peak period of activity for 6‑8 weeks. This temporary role is critical to ensuring new client and counterparty relationships are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards. The Interim Onboarding Analyst will work closely with bankers, compliance, and operations teams to deliver timely onboarding support while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new clients and counterparties on a fixed‑term basis.
Review and verify documentation in line with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory obligations.
Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Front Office to resolve outstanding onboarding requirements.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in client lifecycle management systems; support remediation and refresh projects for existing relationships as required.
Contribute to process improvements and share best practices with the broader team.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in client onboarding, compliance, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and client due diligence requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Please note this role requires someone to be on‑site 4‑days a week.
