Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that drive enrollment, retention, and engagement across key enterprise and platform partners.
Establish success metrics, accountability frameworks, and joint business plans that align Wagmo’s goals with partner objectives.
Set and achieve revenue and adoption targets through partner channels, leveraging co‑marketing, sales enablement, and employer outreach.
Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and expand into new verticals, products, or partner segments.
Cultivate executive and operational relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure Wagmo is prioritized within their ecosystem.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior partner leadership, providing visibility into performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns, assets, and training tailored to partner audiences.
Equip partner sales representatives and account managers with the tools and messaging they need to effectively sell and support Wagmo.
Oversee seamless execution of partner‑driven enrollments, employer onboarding, and support processes.
Ensure all operational workflows between Wagmo and its partners are scalable and optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate partnership health, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
Continuously refine playbooks and processes to improve outcomes and create a best‑in‑class partner experience.
Evaluate and prioritize new partnership opportunities that align with Wagmo’s strategic objectives.
Partner with product and marketing teams to explore deeper integrations, co‑branded initiatives, and value‑added offerings.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience managing and scaling strategic partnerships, enterprise accounts, or channel programs, ideally within benefits, HR tech, insurance, or SaaS environments.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders across business, marketing, and operations teams.
Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through partner‑led revenue, adoption, or engagement initiatives.
Experience building and improving the systems, tools, and processes that make partnerships run efficiently at scale.
Skilled at working with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align on goals and deliver seamless partner experiences.
Comfortable using data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and gain alignment internally and externally.
Hands‑on operator who thrives in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment and is willing to roll up sleeves and execute while keeping a big‑picture focus.
