Restaurant General Manager – Thackerville, OK – $75,000 to $85,000
We have partnered with an exciting new hospitality group! Working with one of their lively full-service restaurant concepts, we are on the search for a General Manager to join their team! Great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, very high-volume restaurant and join a thriving, supportive group!
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Drive strategic plans focused on revenue growth and cost control.
Lead all departments to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
Analyze KPIs to identify improvements and implement solutions.
Oversee hiring, training, and development to build high-performing teams.
Champion a culture of guest satisfaction, team engagement, and efficiency.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in management at a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong team motivator – experience managing and supporting a large team
Overall Operations Expertise – budgeting, training, scheduling, compliance
Knowledge in all things food and beverage
MUST be able to obtain Gaming badge & ABLE license
