This role is suitable for a traveling PM who can be on-site during the week and travel home on weekends, or for a candidate willing to relocate with a relocation package. This project offers a unique experience, allowing you to enjoy a new city and build new relationships. Job Responsibilities
Support large projects or multiple projects managed by senior staff. Collaborate with craftsmen, foremen, and owners, as we do self-performing work. Plan projects comprehensively, understanding all components involved. Apply LEAN principles to meet owner expectations and deliver value. Manage project financials to ensure on-track progress. Develop long-term customer relationships, emphasizing customer loyalty. Mentor early-career professionals, aligning with our core value "People". Qualifications
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and process piping. Excellent planning, innovation, and process improvement skills. Ability to plan 3-6 months ahead and achieve project milestones. Experience in managing mechanical construction projects and building team relationships. Leadership, business acumen, and integrity. Understanding of project financials and forecasting. Collaborative skills with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, with 7-10+ years of related experience. Experience managing MEP projects, especially involving process piping. Experience with Design/Build, IPD, and Lean Construction tools. Company Values & Benefits
