TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a
Program Manager
to join our team. As a Program Manager you will orchestrate a portfolio of related projects from concept through sustainment, ensuring each initiative aligns with corporate strategy, hits financial targets, and delivers measurable value to customers. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, control scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serve as the single point of contact for executive stakeholders. TeleWorld Solutions is a strategic wireless engineering and consulting firm offering network operators, OEMs and tower companies’ turnkey design, optimization, network dimensioning, and deployment services. With extensive experience across macro, DAS, Small Cells, and Wi‑Fi, the company supports customers in planning, performing, troubleshooting, and implementing a broad range of technologies and solutions. Responsibilities
Lead, manage, administer and organize programs in cooperation with and under the direction of Management and other teams/groups Plan, budget, organize, and coordinate projects/programs Provide training, enforce internal procedures and controls, and resolve problems Work closely with upper management to provide strategic guidance to teams to ensure project scope stays on schedule Support and collaborate with other departments, groups, companies, organizations, and customers Design and develop, or assist with, design and development of programs and/or projects Approve and monitor budget expenditure; provide interim status reports; oversee, coordinate, and/or assist with proposal writing to develop additional funding Prepare program/project P&L and maximize goals and revenue based on schedule Provide coordination and leadership in day-to-day program/project activities Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience (PMP certification desired) 4-10+ years of previous program management experience or other management position (3+ years of industry experience preferred) Strong analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a plus
