COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
in our Hermon, Maine office. The primary responsibility is the successful supervision and management of construction activities, prioritizing safety. Occasional travel or relocation may be required. Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects under the supervision of a Project Manager Assist in document control including submittals, RFIs, and delivery logs Assist in cost estimates for scope changes Update field progress and work completion Participate in project startup, preconstruction planning, coordination, and workface planning under supervision Manage project documentation using SEC’s Viewpoint Project Management software to ensure projects are on budget and schedule Follow SEC’s Contracting and Operations manual in daily activities Other responsibilities as assigned. Skills:
Effective communication at all levels Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Leadership skills to maximize team and project performance Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of construction experience Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets Proficiency in MS Office, estimating software (e.g., Accubid), scheduling software (e.g., Primavera), and Bluebeam Revu Knowledge of Maine and NH markets or based in Maine Powered by JazzHR GjMX6dLNdA Seniority level
