Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to join our team and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes within our data center operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality management, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to ensure that all projects and operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability and performance of our data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards for data center operations. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality expectations. Prepare and present detailed QA/QC reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to continuously improve QA/QC processes. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality-related incidents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a QA/QC management role, preferably within the data center or construction industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.

Day-to-Day

Oversee daily QA/QC activities to ensure all processes and deliverables meet established quality standards. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Review and approve quality documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and certifications. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement solutions. Track and report on quality metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams and external partners to discuss quality objectives and progress.
