Full‑time position based in Export, PA. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. (No evenings, weekends or holidays).
Position Summary The Program Specialist creates an empowering environment for individuals with special needs, coordinating resources and supportive services to promote independent living. Responsibilities include ensuring regular medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychological services; developing and implementing individualized and environmental plans (IP, Restrictive Procedure Plans, Social Emotional Environmental Plans, Fade Plans, Desensitization Plans); and collaborating with a team while maintaining patient safety and well‑being.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism; or 60 credit hours with 4 years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.
Must secure and maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention training within three months of hire.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
