About The Position
Join us as a
Customer Service Representative
at
AmeriVet Veterinary Partners . This is, first and foremost, a client service role. Our clients value that every member of our team is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping them and their pets. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, along with comfort using technology and learning new systems. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Researching medical questions and treatment information for our doctors
Preparing and shipping medications to patients
Maintaining accurate and organized medical records
Assisting veterinarians during house call appointments as needed
Schedule The schedule is mainly Monday through Friday, but we do ask for some flexibility to fill in on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) when needed to support the team.
