Overview
Centurum is seeking an experienced Operations Manager I to support logistics and operational management for Navy systems throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Navy logistics, DoD acquisition, and lifecycle management. Duties and Responsibilities
Manage logistics and operations activities, ensuring compliance with Navy standards across system lifecycles. Provide integrated product support (IPS) for Navy combat and weapon systems. Oversee configuration management, maintenance documentation, and supply support. Analyze programmatic data to provide recommendations for program planning, strategy, and execution. Support DoD acquisition and in-service programs with operational and logistical expertise. Required Skills & Experience
This position requires and maintains a Secret US DoD security clearance. 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or analyst roles. Experience providing IPS for Navy combat and weapon systems from acquisition through disposal. Background in DoD acquisition and in-service programs. Familiarity with government or military records and database systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project/financial management tools. Preferred Skills
Direct experience supporting U.S. Navy logistics and combat/weapon systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience developing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Experience in financial and sparing analysis to support operational readiness. Knowledge of federal and Navy administrative practices and regulations. Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field. 7 years of professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Compensation
