Overview
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll work closely with Plant management to develop plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. We’re seeking someone with experience in a similar industry who is ready to grow with the team. Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties Lead production and provide customer support when necessary Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility Demonstrated experience leading a team Ability to communicate effectively with Plant management on a regular basis Benefits and Compensation
