Talent Acquisition Manager @ Halmar International | Infrastructure Expertise
The position is responsible for reviewing local bids, developing proposals, preparing bid estimates, schedules, and methods. It will also interface with clients, local subcontractors, and vendors as part of project pursuits. There is an opportunity to transition to Project Manager or Construction Manager roles, managing large alternative delivery projects in the region. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate company personnel and resources for projects. Assist with preconstruction efforts, including constructability reviews. Manage all aspects of projects from inception. Prepare and execute the Project Executive Plan. Develop and oversee the Project CPM Schedule and updates. Monitor project performance, including status, cost control, and change management. Maintain relationships with clients, designers, and consultants. Lead project meetings such as progress, pre-construction, and pre-award meetings. Review inspection and test data for compliance. Develop and maintain site logistics plans in coordination with the Superintendent. Oversee QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections. Promote an Injury-Free Environment and enforce safety programs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Primavera P6, Contract Manager. Understanding of Design-Build and Lump Sum Contracts. Strong communication, management, and leadership skills. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Discretion and confidentiality. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 10-15 years of heavy/highway experience, including Design/Build.
