Join a talented team of engineering professionals at Vogt Power International, a leader in heat recovery steam generators (HRSG). The Scheduler works directly with the Project Team to support the Company’s contractual goals, establishing and maintaining project baselines, updating progress, analyzing deviations, and recommending improvement actions.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules based on input from proposals, the Project Manager, and the Project Engineer.

Oversee weekly progress updates from the Project Team.

Review schedule status of purchased materials, subcontractors, manufacturing and engineering accomplishments, and communicate issues promptly.

Provide weekly update reporting including 4‑week look‑ahead, critical path analysis, and manpower/resource forecasting.

Monitor schedule progress and identify detrimental variations early (CPI and SPI).

Assist in developing recovery plans for significant variations between actual and planned earned value.

Determine and report risk events or issues affecting Project Cost or Margin.

Educate the team on industry standards, policies, methodologies, and processes.

Support the Project Controls Analyst with monthly project reporting.

Support proposal planning.

Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree

Advanced Primavera skills and experience with CPM, Primavera, and MS Project.

5–8 years of planning/scheduling experience.

Industrial manufacturing or construction experience (plus).

Involvement with AACE International (plus).

Knowledge of earned value management (plus).

Strong work ethic, teamwork, reliability, and self‑motivation.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Accuracy and efficiency.

Flexibility and readiness to drive change.

Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑entity, global environments.

Risk identification and management skills (plus).

Base pay range for this role is $77,550 – $106,750 per year. Offer may vary based on experience and qualifications.
