Project Manager - Environmental Projects
Location: Green Bay, WI; Minneapolis, MN; Duluth, MN; Milwaukee, WI; Madison, WI.
Up to 20% travel required.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities
Lead environmental projects for private‑sector clients in mining, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Manage project planning, execution, and delivery with focus on budget, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.
Lead federal, state, and local permitting efforts.
Build and guide high‑performing project teams and monitor project performance while mentoring and coaching team members.
Negotiate scope change orders with clients and subcontractors.
Support client leaders with proposal development and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or an applicable technical discipline.
5+ years of project management experience working with complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience working in the consulting engineering industry.
5+ years of experience managing mining‑related projects, including mine planning, optimization, milling, tailings management, reclamation, and permitting.
Professional registration or certification in project management.
Previous experience developing project business opportunities.
Experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and documentation.
Experience with mine permitting, environmental assessments, water resources, or large site development projects.
