Role Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you have your EPA certification and 1-3 years of experience in facilities services or multi-family resident satisfaction through giving best in class service and performing basic maintenance of your community.
Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of the community to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.
Apply EPA certification knowledge to maintenance tasks in a multifamily setting.

Pay: $19-28/hour
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members are eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary or hourly rate
