Overview The Quality Control Parts Quality Specialist - Electric role focuses on quality inspection and improvement activities for supplier parts, and on analysis of parts for new vehicle projects to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards.
What you will do
As the person in charge of part quality control, conduct activities related to quality inspection and improvement of supplier parts, and participate in analysis for new vehicle projects to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards.
Quality Inspection
Execute per Operation Plan to ensure part quality per specifications.
Field claim analysis, supplier management, part inspection.
Improvements: analyze causes of part problems, lead improvement activities and prepare/implement quality meetings.
Facility Management: quality facility/equipment management, investment cost execution/management, supplementary investment establishment.
External Task: preparation, consultation, and coordination of external events.
New Vehicle: participate in new vehicle projects, preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluations.
Others: monitor vehicle faults; ensure adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance with reference standards and applicable legal requirements; plan, control and monitor corrective actions for quality non-conformities detected in audits; prepare reports and publish timelines to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support; support product certifications; plan and track certifications to meet market demands; generate troubleshooting reports; meet all other requirements as assigned.

What you will bring to the role Minimum :
Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with problem solving skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred :
Minimum of 2 years of related job experience (quality of automotive supplied parts).
In-depth understanding of quality management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Strategic thinking and mindset, willingness for transformational changes, flexibility.
Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and approaches to problems.

Efficiently execute tasks and maintain quality by continuously monitoring performance; provide immediate feedback with alternatives as necessary.
Domestic/international travel required.
Potential for last-minute travel (crisis support/management).
Expect min. 5–10 OT and frequent weekend support.
