As part of this expansion, we’re establishing a dedicated sales office in Cincinnati, OH to support our growing customer base.
Position Overview We’re seeking an
experienced
Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with a background in domestic truckload brokerage, logistics sales, or supply chain solutions who’s ready to grow with a global provider. This role is designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering customized logistics solutions that integrate domestic, international, and warehousing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer relationships across key industries and trade lanes.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, lead generation, and industry outreach.
Collaborate with ACF’s operations, pricing, and compliance teams to craft tailored logistics solutions.
Deliver consultative sales presentations that highlight ACF’s capabilities across international freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and domestic transportation.
Manage the full sales process — from prospecting and quoting to onboarding and post‑sale follow‑up.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting through ACF’s CRM.
Represent ACF’s culture of responsiveness, integrity, and problem‑solving in every customer interaction.
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in domestic truckload, LTL, or logistics sales (brokerage background preferred)
Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for logistics and growth
