Summary This group is hiring a
Project Manager – M&A Integration
to join the Corporate Development / Value Creation team. Reporting to the Manager / Director of Integration, this is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role that supports pre‑close deal coordination and post‑close integration delivery (typical deal engagement ≈ 4–6 months). The Project Manager will drive day‑to‑day project management across functional workstreams (HR, Accounting, IT, Operations), maintain trackers and dashboards, coordinate vendors and diligence logistics, and ensure timely completion of integration milestones.
Key Performance Outcomes
On-Time Milestones:
Drive integration workstreams to meet 30/60/90‑day and post‑close deliverables on schedule.
Data & Reporting Integrity:
Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and reports that provide real‑time visibility for leadership.
Operational Handoffs:
Support smooth transitions to ongoing operations through clear documentation and ramp‑down planning.
Stakeholder Satisfaction:
Deliver a well‑organized, professional experience for both internal teams and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities Pre-Close Support
Coordinate diligence activities, including data collection, site visits, and vendor logistics.
Sequence seller interactions and internal handoffs to manage workload and maintain clarity of ownership.
Build initial integration task lists and outlines from diligence findings for handoff to the integration team.
Maintain the master deal timeline and proactively elevate risks or bottlenecks to the Integration Lead.
Post-Close Execution
Lead daily project coordination: update dashboards, manage trackers, facilitate recurring stand‑ups, and document action items.
Track deliverables and dependencies across HR, IT, Accounting, and Operations.
Oversee third‑party vendors and consultants—monitoring deliverables, invoices, and timelines.
Produce clear, concise status reports for leadership and investment teams outlining progress, risks, and next steps.
Support project closeout with ramp‑down documentation and lessons‑learned summaries.
Use and refine integration playbooks, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
Assist in training and enablement for regional and functional teams on integration processes and best practices.
Build strong relationships with regional and operational leaders to ensure smooth adoption of integration plans at the local level.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in project management, PMO coordination, integration, or operations (experience in consulting or corporate development highly valued).
Proven ability to manage multiple, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication skills—capable of facilitating meetings, summarizing updates, and driving accountability.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Experience with multi‑location operations preferred; exposure to hospitality or vacation rental industries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or project management certification (PMP, ScrumMaster) preferred.
