What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Maintain data integrity through rigorous analysis and auditing practices while implementing process improvements
Ensure seamless integration and automation across various platforms, including Salesforce and Google Analytics
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
Manage all aspects of Google Analytics, monitoring key web metrics and optimizing performance
Collaborate with multiple teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
2+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup setting that values adaptability and improvement
High proficiency in CRM and database management systems, including Salesforce and Snowflake
Experience managing Google Analytics and similar web analytics tools
Proven ability to build and manage custom integrations, with comfort working with APIs and webhooks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in building, testing, and deploying no-code automators in tools such as N8n, Zapier, or SFDC Flows
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in using automation to tackle complex challenges
Familiarity with data handling, including analytics and SQL
