The Opportunity: CACI's Mastodon Design team in Rochester, NY is looking to hire a Senior System Operational Specialist to join their team. Mastodon Design specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers’ next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals and communications systems. Responsibilities

Primary operational customer liaison to the program office specific to Army Program of Record Responsible for advising, managing, and/or overseeing operational architecture of SIGINT/EW systems in support of the Army Coordinate with Program Management to drive technical insertion opportunities that enhance the value and usability of the POR system through close customer interactions and analysis of customer mission Leverage US Army EW, MDTF, and SIGINT experience in advising and assisting the US Army Program in addressing operational imperatives and meeting evolving requirements Provide technical consulting support to program office and end customer Collaborate with program management, product line management, and account management on potential opportunities to drive growth and expand usability of CACI systems Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners for potential teaming opportunities Provide technical oversight and use case analysis for SW and HW feature enhancement of CACI systems Qualifications

Required: 10+ years of operational experience operating SIGINT/EW/Cyber systems in an operational environment An active TS/SCI clearance Detailed understanding of Electronic Warfare operations in all domains – and specific to US Army Multi-Domain operations Intimate understanding of evolving US Army EW, SIGINT, and Cyber requirements as they apply to system functionality and future program evolution Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to propagation, detectability, and direction finding Ability to interact with the customer to understand requirements and translate those to a Mastodon engineering requirement Ability to travel on short notice to support customer engagements and product demonstrations Desired: Familiarity with RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking Enjoys working with people, developing relationships and sharing knowledge Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment Project management experience – especially as it relates to US Army programs and efforts What You Can Expect

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800 Note: EEO information is included as required by law.
