Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production schedules and job assignments
Supervise and develop team members (currently less than 50) across multiple departments
Enforce OSHA safety standards and ISO9001:2015/AS9100D procedures
Approve timekeeping, job costing, and production records
Assist in resolving production or staffing issues quickly and effectively
Recommend ways to improve processes and equipment performance
Ensure strong communication across departments to meet delivery deadlines
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Familiar with precision grinding, plating, or press plates (preferred)
Strong skills in scheduling, team development, and problem‑solving
Comfortable working in a hands‑on, non‑climate‑controlled environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting tools
