Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead 3 - 1st shift Division/Department: Reports to: Approved By: Viewed By: Human Resources- NJF Last Reviewed: Job Overview: The Warehouse Team Lead supports the warehouse Supervisor in ensuring their designated area operates smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as a crucial intermediary between the supervisor and the team, facilitating optimal productivity throughout the day. Essential Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaboration-oriented work environment. Ensure efficient receiving, picking, storing and dispatch of goods. Perform regular checks and maintain active presence on the floor. Enforce safety standards. Assist with training new staff and provide ongoing mentorship. Liaise with other departments for smooth operations. Partner with supervisor to drive improvement initiatives. Additional Responsibilities

Strong leadership, communication, and people skills. Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and operations. Organizational and time-management abilities. Physical capability for lifting and moving heavy items. Basic computer skills and inventory software skills. Eagerness to learn and grow. Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses

Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a warehouse environment. Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience required High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus. Physical Environment/Occupational Risks

Warehouse environment Lifting up to 50lbs Required Schedule
