Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. As a Shift Manager, you will:
Plan and monitor each shift’s performance.
Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth hand‑off.
Meet target metrics and support departmental goals.

Safety and Security
Scheduling
Training
Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Other requirements: positive team player, flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced work, and 18 years or older.
