Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
Identify risks, conduct quality reviews, and resolve issues proactively
Communicate project status and escalate critical concerns to stakeholders
Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on scope and dependencies
Enhance project processes, templates, and audit mechanisms
Mentor junior project managers and support team development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-team initiatives
PMP certification highly preferred
Deep expertise in project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Strong background in business case development and solution evaluation
Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and balance competing priorities
Excellent skills in negotiation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and proficiency in Azure DevOps
Visa Sponsorship This position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment to maintain eligibility.
Location This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047. The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center.

At least 75% of the building is powered by on-site renewable solar energy
