Title and Summary
Manager, Business Analysis (Coupa)
Overview:
Join our dynamic team providing techno-functional application support for procure-to-pay applications (such as Oracle, Coupa, etc.). In this role, you will collaborate with technical staff, application end-users, business owners, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will showcase robust functional knowledge across Source to Invoice/Pay functions, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitioning, contracts, and purchasing (category and catalog management).
You will manage the day-to-day administration and support, as well as delivery of projects and enhancements for the Coupa application at Mastercard.
Role:
Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
Participating in the definition and development of project requirements and analyzing requirements to provide recommended solutions.
Ensuring successful project delivery, including planning, schedule adherence, status reporting, escalations, testing, user approval, final corrections, and documentation.
Designing/configuring approval chains, punchout setup, content groups, custom fields, approval groups, lookups, requisition forms, process automators, user administration, custom roles, reports, SIM forms, homepage, iframe, and panel apps.
Managing audit reviews across multiple Coupa controls, handling integration failures, sandbox refreshes, and portal management.
Training internal teams and business owners on best practices.
Leading operations and serving as the point of contact for operational questions.
Providing leadership, direction, and supervision to staff, including training and objective setting.
Influencing business owners with new ways of working and providing beneficial use cases.
Configuring the supplier onboarding lifecycle within Coupa.
Understanding punchout lifecycle and managing setup requests, including vendor collaboration on cXML code and UAT test cases.
Building dashboards/reports using Coupa Analytics and supporting decision-making.
Engaging with the Coupa community and product team to stay updated on new features.
Reviewing release notes and guiding business owners on enhancements.
Identifying automation opportunities within Coupa using APIs, process automators, triggers, etc.
Understanding AI/ML concepts and recommending integrations using NAVI AI, CLMA AI, etc.
Configuring sourcing templates for RFX events and advising on best practices.
All About You:
Bachelor's degree in management, technology, finance, or equivalent experience.
Coupa Technical Architecture Certification (preferred).
Experience with Coupa modules such as Sourcing, CLMA, Analytics.
Familiarity with Walkme tool is a plus.
Procure-to-Pay experience.
Hands-on experience as a Coupa system administrator.
Experience with Coupa SIM and sourcing/contract lifecycle management modules.
Project management experience with medium to large projects.
Configuration experience across multiple Coupa modules.
Experience integrating Coupa with ERP/middleware via APIs or flat files.
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and lead application testing.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Coupa design and support.
Strong communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of RPA/BOTs and their application in operations.

Purchase, NY: $129,000 - $215,000 USD
O'Fallon, MO: $112,000 - $187,000 USD
