The compensation range for this role is $39.83 - $46.47 per hour.
Final compensation will be determined by various factors including qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, education, and location.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. 6 years of aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical). A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required. Valid Driver’s License required. Position Purpose:
Perform technical aircraft maintenance, repair, replacement, and modification of key components to ensure proper operation. Conduct troubleshooting and repairs requiring high accuracy and skill. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems. Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot aircraft components including airframes, engines, landing gear, electrical, and control systems. Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure FAA compliance and proper documentation. Complete work orders, shift turnovers, and paperwork promptly. Ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Identify and store customer property securely. Follow SOPs and JSAs when operating ground support equipment. Operate and oversee special support equipment for major component removal and installation. Coordinate repairs and overhauls with other departments. Additional Functions: Implement 6S and Lean initiatives to maintain clean and organized work areas. Maintain tools and equipment properly. Coordinate aircraft movement as needed. Maintain advanced knowledge of FAA regulations, manuals, and company policies. Other duties as assigned. Additional Requirements: Advanced knowledge of aircraft inspection and maintenance procedures. Proficiency with technical manuals, service bulletins, engineering drawings, and related documents. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
