Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resource allocation. Ensure smooth execution using best practices and established methodologies. Agile Delivery:
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Promote continuous improvement across teams. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build productive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to align expectations and drive outcomes. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project records, including plans, risks, meeting notes, and status updates. Capture lessons learned for future use. PMO Support:
Contribute to the development and maturity of the PMO by helping implement standardized tools and processes. Budget Oversight:
Partner with accounting to monitor IT spending, track trends, improve invoicing workflows, and support financial efficiency. Professional Growth:
Stay informed on evolving project management trends, retirement plan knowledge, and organizational technologies. Qualifications: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within financial services or retirement plans (401(k), DB, DC). Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Business, or related fields preferred). Seniority level
