Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as
Mid-Level Operations Analyst - Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) Technical SME
for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains. Occasional travel may be required.

Amphibious Warfare (AMW) Division, Little Creek, VA
Experience
Minimum 10 years of military experience
At least 8 of those years in SSDS operations onboard a SSDS equipped Naval ship
Possess a Tactical Action Officer Qualification letter
Qualified and experienced in a watch station with the authority to employ the SSDS Weapon System (i.e. TAO, ADWC, Battle Watch Captain)
Strike Group, Fleet, Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command, or similar military organization planning experience
Experience in the following:
Navy Combat Systems development
Rapid Capability Development process
Review and Collaboration on Navy Technical Documentation
Navy T&E process
Qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations
Microsoft Office suite of programs (Access, Excel, Power Point, Project and Word)
Attributes
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve tactical training and operational strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interfacing with Navy leadership and cross-functional teams
Security Clearance
Possess current
SECRET
Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
