We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to working under the highest ethical standards for the following position: Validation Specialist for Packaging Equipment Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries Experience in direct process/manufacturing areas Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent oral skills Proficient in MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge of cGxP and regulatory guidance, with understanding of their application to compliance Experience in designing documentation (URS, DS), and developing/executing IQ, OQ, PQ protocols, deviations, and reports Knowledge of SDLC, Risk Assessment, Data Integrity, FAT, and SAT Strong knowledge in areas such as: Material cleaning systems Collaborative robots EFD for lubrication processes Cognex vision systems for inspection and labels Automated Box Erectors Zebra printers and label applicators Semi-Automatic Case Formers and Sealers Checkweighers Automated Palletizers (Collaborative robots) Stretch Wrappers Technical writing skills and investigative processes Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays Seniority level
