As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our AI-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our mission. Position Overview: The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the development and lifecycle of our AI therapist platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and psychology experts, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver a product that provides meaningful mental health support to users. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong product management skills, a user-centric mindset, and a passion for mental health and technology. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with Effectaive’s strategic goals and user needs, ensuring the timely delivery of high-impact features and improvements. Feature Definition & Prioritization:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives. User Research & Feedback:

Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user pain points, preferences, and behaviors. Use these insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to ensure that product features are implemented effectively and meet quality standards. Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization, ensuring a smooth and successful product rollout. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions about product direction and enhancements. User Experience Focus:

Ensure that the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with psychological best practices, working closely with UX/UI designers to achieve this. Market Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about market trends and industry developments, using this knowledge to position Effectaive’s products effectively. Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication, keeping stakeholders informed about product progress, challenges, and successes. Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and refining the product development process to increase efficiency and product quality. Qualifications: Experience:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or digital health sectors. Experience with AI-driven products or mental health platforms is a plus. Technical Acumen:

Strong understanding of software development processes and AI/ML technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and data science teams. User-Centric Approach:

Deep empathy for users and a strong commitment to creating products that meet their needs and improve their well-being. Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is beneficial. Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management:

Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within scope. Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are a plus. Passion for Mental Health:
