We are seeking Foremen to join our T&D Services team. This position is a working position and will be accountable for the safety, quality, and production of all crew members on assigned construction projects. Responsibilities:

Supervise performance of substation construction and maintenance, including trenching, installing conduit, pulling cable, wiring outdoor electrical equipment, installing ground grids, foundations, setting steel structures, buswork and conductors, welding aluminum buswork, air switches, circuit breakers, and main power transformers. Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, skidsteers, backhoes, excavators, boom trucks, and other equipment used in the construction of electrical substations. Know and understand state and local laws, DOT, and OSHA standards. Perform services in a safe and timely manner. Understand and complete required paperwork and documentation of services. Communicate with customers, property owners, the general public, other contractors, utility representatives, and government agencies. Maintain and track crew working hours and production, submitting billing to customers weekly. Coordinate necessary outages with clients. Maintain company equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Will directly supervise a crew of 4 to 12 employees and be responsible for training and coaching crew members. Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret prints and plans. Experience working in energized substations and ability to distinguish energized live parts. Utility Substation and Transmission Line Switching & Tagging experience is a plus. Ability to lift/move 50 pounds. Must pass a skills assessment at the start of employment. Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED. 7 or more years of experience as an Apprentice/Journeyman Electrician, with previous Foreman experience. Completion of an accredited Substation Apprentice Program, or verifiable work experience as an Apprentice/Journeyman Electrician. Accessibility:
