Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Oversee all center operations, staff supervision, and performance optimization Patient Experience Excellence
- Implement best practices to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce wait times Scheduling Optimization
- Maximize appointment slot utilization and quality to improve patient access Team Development
- Lead workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies Culture Building
- Cultivate positive team engagement and collaborative work environment Performance Management
- Monitor key metrics including patient retention and care continuity Transform the healthcare experience for seniors while leading a dedicated team committed to preventing hospitalizations and improving health outcomes. You'll ensure our patients receive accessible, coordinated care while building a workplace culture that promotes professional growth and engagement. Please Note:
