Paid time off (negotiable) Key Responsibilities – Foreman Role
As the
Foreman , you’ll oversee daily field operations and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and production standards. You’ll operate equipment, coordinate with project teams, and lead by example in delivering exceptional sitework results. Lead crews on
commercial sitework and excavation projects Operate and train others on heavy equipment: excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks Interpret project blueprints, site plans, and scope of work Ensure
OSHA compliance
and maintain jobsite safety protocols Setup and train crews on GPS, laser levels, and pipe laser systems Maintain organized and productive jobsites, managing tools, materials, and paperwork Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors Submit reports: T&Ms, timecards, change orders, production logs, and more Plan for materials, equipment, and workforce needs in advance Make informed decisions based on cost, schedule, and team feedback Qualifications – What You Bring
2+ years of experience
leading civil sitework or excavation crews Proven experience with
sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and water line installations Skilled in operating and maintaining
excavators and bulldozers Strong understanding of construction drawings and scopes Proficient with
GPS and site layout tools
(laser levels, pipe lasers, etc.) Excellent organizational and communication skills Capable of managing documentation and jobsite reporting Leadership mindset with a problem‑solving attitude and team‑first approach About the Hiring Company:
