Cheil Dallas/Strategy Senior Strategist Cheil Worldwide, a global titan from Seoul, stands proud as the world's 11th-largest creative agency. Our Dallas office, located at Legacy Central in Plano, Texas, serves as the lead agency for Samsung Mobile US and other brand projects. Here, over 200 creative problem-solvers work together to shape insight-fueled, culture‑leading, tech‑empowered ideas.

Experienced in Communication Planning: You can develop comprehensive target consumer profiles, consumer journeys, campaign frameworks, channel strategies and key messaging strategies that are insightful and actionable.

Cross‑channel experience: You have a general interest that includes understanding of the unique strengths and key approaches that make for great social, digital, and other 360 work.

Proactive Thought‑Leader: You stay ahead of industry, category, and cultural trends, always bringing fresh insights. You have experience developing engaging trend reports based on these insights.

About The Role

This role sits at the heart of our work, connecting data, culture, and creativity to craft strategies that help brands lead with relevance and resonance. As Senior Strategist, you will:

Conduct Primary and Secondary Research: Proactively use research tools such as MRI‑Simmons, GWI, and Resonate to gather both qualitative and quantitative data.

Demonstrate proficiency in primary research methodologies, including writing surveys, conducting interviews and moderating focus groups. Analyzing data to uncover valuable insights.

Create Compelling, Data‑Backed Stories with Actionable Insights: Utilize research and insights to create persuasive and engaging narratives that support your strategic recommendations, ensuring they’re both impactful and aligned with business objectives.

Become a Brand Expert: Deeply understand Samsung's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and audience segments.

Champion the consumer: Develop detailed audience profiles, segmentation frameworks, and communication strategies grounded in empathy and cultural awareness.

Craft Effective Strategies: Develop and refine strategies that align with business objectives, product positioning, brand messaging and inspire creative teams.

Evaluate Creative Work: Provide clear, rational feedback to strengthen creative outputs.

Present with confidence: Communicate strategic thinking clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams, ensuring ideas are understood, bought in, and acted upon.

Support new business growth: Contribute to pitch strategy and presentations, helping expand the agency’s portfolio through strategic storytelling and insight‑driven thinking.

About The Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in social sciences, advertising, and related fields preferred.

Agency Experience: 4+ years in an integrated advertising agency or fast‑paced brand experience.

Strategic Experience: 2+ years in building marketing communication strategies for brands.

Proficiency with audience data tools (MRI‑Simmons, GWI, Resonate) and comfort working with analytics to uncover insights.

Strong understanding of how to build consumer journeys, message hierarchies, and channel frameworks.

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clarity.

A collaborative, team‑first mindset and passion for creating culture‑shaping work.

A positive, solutions‑focused approach and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Flexibility for occasional travel, extended hours, and weekend work as needed.

Must be located in or willing to relocate to the area.

Eager to work in a hybrid office environment with a minimum of 2 days in‑office (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the remaining 3 days optional for remote.
