Production Control Operations Analyst (Onsite)

What You’ll Do Location: Axon’s Pinnacle Manufacturing site in Phoenix, AZ Reports to: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations
Manage, track, and evaluate operational activity and KPIs across the Production Control team, driving continuous improvement through better real‑time data visibility.
Partner with the team to resolve system escalations within D365 and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Maintain system accuracy with the authority to close engineering work orders and delete production orders as needed.
Track and analyze trends (e.g., cycle counts, inventory variances) to identify recurring issues and support data‑driven decision‑making for future process improvements.
Serve as a resource and SME for the Production Control team, providing guidance and support on complex issues.
Support the Operations leadership team with resolving Production Control challenges quickly, preventing disruptions to the overall operations processes.
Qualifications
1–3 years of direct experience in operations, production control, supply chain, or a related field.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 experience preferred) and the ability to troubleshoot system escalations.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting operational or inventory data to identify trends and support decision‑making.
Hands‑on experience maintaining production or engineering work orders and ensuring data accuracy within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to act as a resource or subject matter expert within a team, providing support on process or system‑related challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and leadership.
