Business Development & Sales

Identify and qualify new business opportunities with middle‑size companies (50–500 employees) and large accounts (500+ employees) in Flanders

Leverage your existing network to open doors with decision‑makers in marketing, sales, and business intelligence departments

Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand prospect needs and position Inoopa's solutions effectively

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing

Build strategic partnerships with potential resellers, agencies, and complementary service providers

Achieve quarterly sales targets for new customer acquisition and revenue generation

Account Management & Growth

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts

Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts

Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development

Market Presence

Represent Inoopa at relevant industry events, networking sessions, and business forums in Flanders

Participate in strategic meetings with enterprise prospects and partners

Contribute to marketing initiatives by identifying co‑marketing opportunities and providing case study content

Requirements Network & Experience

Established network in business community, particularly with middle‑market and enterprise companies

Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (minimum 5 years)

Experience selling SaaS, data solutions, marketing technology, or enterprise software is an advantage

Sales Competencies

Consultative selling approach with ability to understand complex business needs

Experience with solution selling and value‑based sales methodologies

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

Self‑motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously

Comfortable with CRM systems (TeamLeader, HubSpot, or similar)

Technical Understanding
