Responsibilities
Manage construction site for divisional responsibility Oversee field staff, Safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned project Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel Communicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractors Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects Assist in performance management of the team Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.) Other responsibilities as assigned Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industry OSHA 30 certification Minimum Requirements
English speaking, bilingual preferred Safety focused Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents Able to communicate expectations and lead others Able to work independently without significant supervision Good oral and written communication skills Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions Must be able to work in elevated locations Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company Education Required
