This position seeks a Product Owner to lead the development of innovative products. Responsibilities include refining the product vision, translating business needs into technology requirements, prioritizing, and grooming features, and collaborating with various stakeholder groups for successful product delivery.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with UX, engineering, data science, and other stakeholders to design and deliver AI-driven features. Refine and prioritize product features and requirements. Develop a product roadmap. Manage sprints and guide the tech squad to describe product features and split those features into product backlog items and manage the product backlog. Act as the main point of contact between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated accurately, the product vision is understood, and issues are resolved during sprints. Adaptability to change and adherence to agile principles is critical. Required qualifications
Experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) with a proven track record of delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products in collaboration with engineering teams. Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe ACE Agile). Experience managing the product life cycle, using JIRA, and a strong understanding of business value. Essential skills include strong communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management. Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and to engage, persuade, and inspire partners and stakeholders to achieve cooperation and alignment. Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 6+ years of experience. Proficiency with project management tools and a proactive, accountable self-starter attitude. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of the mortgage industry, specifically loan quality or underwriting. Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks. Seniority level
