Responsibilities
Hosting: Give guests a warm welcome, exuding confidence and proper etiquette. Develop long-term relationships with guests by asking insightful questions, engaging with muse movements, and suggesting outreach event ideas. Team Building: Work effectively as part of a team; give and receive feedback honestly and constructively; celebrate colleagues' successes. Styling & Curating: Communicate the kate spade new york aesthetic; tell stories using product knowledge to connect with guests; lead with your own impeccable style. Lead and inspire with your personal style and be able to spot and discuss products; maintain a clean and organized stockroom and shop. Business Smarts: Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories; multitask across operational tasks, shop floor maintenance, and POS transactions; share ideas and feedback with the team.
