We are seeking a
Warehouse Operations Supervisor
to oversee daily
receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
operations. This is a
temporary position with the potential for full-time conversion , ideal for candidates with
warehouse supervision experience, WMS knowledge, and strong leadership skills .
Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse associates, ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor, actively monitoring workflow and addressing operational issues. Implement productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards to optimize warehouse performance. Enforce company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Train, coach, and support warehouse staff, handling performance and behavioral concerns as needed. Manage administrative reporting and correspondence related to warehouse operations. Oversee workforce planning, including manpower allocation and shift coordination. Utilize and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for operational efficiency. Participate in safety initiatives and training programs to uphold industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and conversational Korean Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus. Familiarity with multi-shift warehouse operations preferred. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Information
This is a temporary position through a staffing agency, with the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
