Project Manager role at TW Constructors – Fire Solutions, Inc. (FSI) is hiring a Project Manager to coordinate and project manage fire sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. The PM will be responsible for the initial planning of projects, including scheduling, analyzing changes, and solving problems. The PM will closely coordinate with the project team and client throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role This individual will coordinate and project manage the fire sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. The PM will have responsibility for the initial planning of a project including scheduling, analyzing changes, and solving problems. Close coordination with the project team and client will be required throughout the life of the project.
Responsibilities
Through use of analytical thinking and problem solving, determine construction feasibility and systems possibilities
Influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and co-workers
Contribute to the project schedule and close-out process
Assist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors
Monitor project labor, project costs, and equipment needs
Participate in the design development process to collaborate and value engineer construction methods to reduce time and cost
Assist in preconstruction, quality, and safety processes
Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets, responsible for overall project delivery
Ensure contractor compliance with safety/OSHA requirements on all job sites to minimize risk
Manage submittal process, change order negotiations and contract compliance
Establish effective relationships and strive for a collaborative team environment
Provide pricing for changes in project scope
Travel may be required (nationwide projects)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
NICET certification required, either In Training or NICET Level I–IV
Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform work in a timely manner
Minimum of three (3) years of fire project management experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction
Active jobsite experience and a strong safety record
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
Significant knowledge of construction methods and understanding of municipalities and permit processes
Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors
Proven ability to negotiate and track change orders, submittals, and pay requests
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Ability to direct Superintendent to ensure accurate completion of project scope
Documented ability to meet sensitive timelines
Strong knowledge of Building Code and Safety Regulations
Strong knowledge of MS Office; MS Excel and MS Project or similar PM software
Procore certification or knowledge of Procore
Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
Ability to lift objects at least 50 lbs
