Sr. Director, Sales Manager As part of an industry‑leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within the Global Payroll North America Group at Strada. You will lead a team of sales executives focused on Cloud Services and Global payroll and report directly to the Head of North America Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve annual revenue targets for SAP and Global payroll and associated services.

Collaborate with Delivery Leader and Solution Architecture leaders to ensure alignment on opportunities and successful service delivery.

Coach and support a team of sales executives on deal strategy, creative solutioning, and execution.

Identify and generate demand in new markets; explore opportunities to create new offerings (e.g., bundling/packaging of services).

Lead the development of sales plans targeting organizations with high potential for service delivery opportunities.

Set and execute the sales strategy for your designated focus areas.

Demonstrate strong sales strategy capabilities, including crafting and presenting compelling client offers and guiding the team through complex sales cycles.

Leverage internal selling resources at the appropriate stages of the sales process.

Manage and optimize client‑level cost of sale.

Gather and share market intelligence on products and services, integrating insights into client planning, and sharing across the Strada Sales & Accounts community.

Maximize the use of approved sales tools, both individually and across the team.

Knowledge And Experience

Sales Skills – Demonstrate excellence across all stages of consultative selling, including pipeline management, communication, negotiation, closing. Ability to sell value over price by articulating the business impact of services.

Sales Process – Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end sales process, with a commitment to consistency and rigor. Provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

Subject Matter Expertise – Broad knowledge of the ERP cloud landscape, including competitive positioning the benefits of multi‑tenant cloud architecture. Develop a strong understanding of all Strada products and services.

Relationship Management – Build trusted relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including the C‑suite. Maintain strong internal relationships to effectively leverage cross‑functional resources.

Communication/Project Management – Manage multiple, complex sales processes simultaneously. Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and deliver clear, actionable guidance.

Team Leadership – Serve as a role model and collaborative leader. Proactively share best practices and work with peers to overcome challenges and drive collective success.

Work Experience

10 years of managing and leading a sales team

Extensive knowledge and experience with: ERP and /or Cloud technology, specifically SAP

Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities

Exceptional presentation skills

Internal and External communication skills

Negotiation Skills

Familiarity with consultative selling and ERP cloud landscape

Regular travel expected at 25-50%

Salary Pay Range Minimum - Maximum $142,310.00 - $264,290.00
