Coordinate all outbound shipments, including assigning trailers to doors, dispatching outbound loads and preparing shipping paperwork and truck seals, setting up line to truck orders
Create STO (Stock Transfer Order) for OSC production to the DC
Create and update Harvest Hill production spreadsheet, communicating schedule changes and PO needs to HH inventory manager
Troubleshoot system issues with the Palletizer Operators when necessary
Maintain accuracy of a yard management system
Work closely with carriers to ensure proper drop trailer pools are maintained.
Order, monitor delivery and inventory levels of pallets for production
Review daily production schedule for needed items from drop trailers
Works closely with dedicated fleet freight coordinators.
Receive raw & packaging components into SAP as needed.
Coordinate FIFO of trailer unloading for packaging components
Act as the primary point of contact for onsite Yard Security Guard for in/outbounds
Coordinate unloading of live deliveries
Reference Warehouse Management System and SAP for inbound and outbound schedules for daily operations
File and maintain all necessary shipping and receiving records.
Participate in proactive safety observations
Participate in team processes and maintain good customer, supplier, and employer relationships
Report health/safety hazards to the supervisor or EHS Manager and meet all EHS requirements.
Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and Environmental regulations
