FLOOR TECHNICIAN
position at Adena Greenfield Medical Center, 550 Mirabeau Street, Greenfield, OH 45123. Online applications are accepted only.
Schedule Part time. Days and hours may vary, including evenings.
Compensation $15.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.
About This Role Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions
Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
