Executive Administrative Partner
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support Directors in the Meta leadership team. This role requires a masterful problem?solver and an organization?building force given complex calendaring, heavy travel planning, and cross?functional coordination. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem are essential. This position is full?time. Base pay range : $40.38/hr $55.48/hr Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external meetings. Manage complex calendar set?up and movement. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Organize space planning, strategic off?site events, and team all?hands meetings. Build cross?functional relationships between departments. Partner closely with team lead admins. Communicate key organizational and company updates to admins and cross?functional partners. Perform general office duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience providing administrative support to one or more executives. 4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives. 4+ years of experience managing calendars and expense reports for one or more executives. Experience prioritizing multiple projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience organizing off?site events and team?building activities. Experience supporting cross?regional teams. Experience multitasking and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Experience ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships.
