Market Development Manager
to lead our expansion in
North Carolina . As a key member of our
rapidly growing
sales team, you will develop our market presence, sign top-tier dealerships, and increase contract volume.
Reporting directly to our Chief Sales Officer,
you will collaborate with senior leadership to
identify high-growth sub-markets
and
strategically build a high-performing sales team
that dominates the region. Key Responsibilities
Grow Our Dealer Network – Leverage your sales expertise and industry relationships to onboard new dealerships. Be a Trusted Advisor – Train and support dealers to maximize profitability through Lendbuzz’s financing solutions. Deliver a First-Class Experience – Work with underwriting and inside sales teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service for dealers and consumers. Analyze & Strategize – Stay ahead of industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and refine our market approach. Expand Our Footprint – Use data insights to determine market share potential and build a sales team to support expansion. Recruit & Lead – Partner with our Sales Recruiting Team to hire, train, and mentor top talent to elevate Lendbuzz. Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience in Automotive F&I or Lending Strong network of dealer contacts Proven success in signing, training, and growing dealer partnerships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Data-driven mindset with a passion for market analysis and strategy 80% travel within the region – Success is field-based Fluency in Spanish & English is a plus Why Join Us?
