We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager - Premium Casual to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Location: Virginia Beach, VA Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 Total Compensation: $100K + Full benefits, including top tier health insurance, PTO, and career growth opportunities. Work Schedule: 5 Day week Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary and FOH activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Provide leadership and drive P&L Qualifications:
