Overview
Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role — an active, on-your-feet position coordinating multiple team members and solving problems in real time. Assists the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, holds down the fort, assuming responsibility for center and floor management, entertainment, Food & Beverage, and equipment. Maintains a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and developing the hourly staff. This role is a potential path toward becoming a General Manager. Essential Duties
Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 — be a champion for our guests, deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and address and resolve guest complaints NEVER STOP IMPROVING — continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY — capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.) PARTNER WITH LEAGUES — develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers; adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform related administrative duties ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM — recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff Show Off Those Management Skills — lead the team, motivate, leverage strengths, delegate effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES — oversee F&B program management and expansion; ensure high-quality standards and guest satisfaction; provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistency with corporate initiatives REMAIN FLEXIBLE — work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed Who You Are / Qualifications
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations Bachelor’s Degree Ability to supervise center operations staff Strong team player Exceptional “People Developer” Customer service pro Knowledge of POS register systems Work Environment / Physical Demands
