Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
