Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers and maintains quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Plan shift activities
Monitor performance and ensure standards are met
Enforce safety, security, and profitability
Communicate shift information to the next Shift Manager
Assist departments in reaching goals
Food Safety
Internal Communication
Inventory Management
Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
Managing Crew
Quality Food Production
Exceptional Customer Service
Safety and Security

Training
Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule.
